CPTSD Plush Keychain Accessory

A pocket-sized companion designed to offer comfort wherever you go. With its soft, huggable form and gentle expression, this little plush keychain represents resilience in the face of complex trauma. Whether clipped to your bag, keys, or favorite hoodie, it’s a small but meaningful reminder that healing is not linear—and you’re never alone on your journey.

Perfect for those who need a little emotional support on the go, this mini Dreadful is here to listen, comfort, and remind you that you are stronger than you think. 💙🐰✨

CPTSD (Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) isn’t just one wound - it’s a thousand tiny fractures, an identity worn thin by survival, adaptation, and enduring the unbearable. Unlike PTSD, which often stems from a singular event, CPTSD is the result of prolonged trauma - chronic emotional pain, relational wounds, and a battle for self-worth. It changes the way you see the world, the way you relate to others, and even how you perceive yourself.

This is where CPTSD Rabbit comes in.

📌 A Mirror of the Journey, A Symbol of Strength

This plushie isn’t just soft - it’s deeply symbolic, a quiet acknowledgment of the weight you carry and the resilience you show every day.

🐰 A Quarter Theatre Mask – For the loss of self and fragmented identity.
💔 Melting Hearts – Representing struggles with trust, relationships, and love.
🖤 The Ash Alchemy Symbol – A mark of destruction and rebirth, for those who’ve been forced to rebuild.
✨ Kintsugi Stitches – Inspired by the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, a reminder that you are not ruined - you are remade.
👂 Tattered Ears – For the voices of self-doubt, the whispers of shame, and the struggle to believe in your own worth.

📌 A Conversation Starter, A Quiet Reminder

CPTSD Rabbit is more than a plush - it’s an externalized expression of what so many live with internally. It sits on your shelf, your bed, or in your arms as a symbol of survival and a way to open dialogue. Whether you keep it for yourself as a deeply personal reminder or use it to educate others about CPTSD, this rabbit carries a message:

💬 "I am healing. I am still here. My story matters."

📌 For the Hero on Their Healing Journey

You are not weak. You are not broken beyond repair. Like this rabbit, you have stitched yourself back together, scar by scar, memory by memory. Some days, you feel whole. Other days, the past feels like it will swallow you. That’s okay.

CPTSD Rabbit is here to remind you: healing is messy, nonlinear, and absolutely worth it.
